Sunrise Yoga
Rise & Shine! A one-hour, open-level class that wakes up the body with various postures, breathwork, a little meditation and relaxation for good measure. You'll be ready to go get your day!
All levels are welcome.
Open Vinyasa
This class integrates a deep connected breath with a fluid asana practice. A breathing movement class with postures that increase both strength and flexibility.
All levels are welcome.
Led Ashtanga
Students will be led through the Primary Series, a set series of asanas, taught by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois. Ashtanga utilizes the system of vinyasa, which means synchronizing the breath with the movement. Students move from one pose to another in a continual flow, inhaling & exhaling with each movement, building heat, flexibility, and strength.
Not recommended for new beginners.
Yin-Yasa
A combination of Vinyasa and Restorative Yoga. Especially for the NYC Type A that thinks restorative is too Yin for their Yang. We'll start the class with a series of sun salutations & standing asanas to warm up and end with delicious supported deep stretches. This class is great for anyone wanting to really improve their flexibility.

Hatha and Intermediate Hatha Yoga
A great class for those new and old to Yoga and for those wanting to improve alignment, strength and flexibility. An essential class to compliment a rigorous practice. Poses will be held longer which allows for deeper exploration of the fine nuances of Hatha Yoga Asanas. (Includes inversions)
*This class will also include Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation) detailed Pranayama instruction and end with a brief Meditation.

Soul Flow
A meditative blend of Hatha, Vinyasa and Soul-full Tunes. Moving with the breath while steeping in the nectar of mantras from Krishna Das to The Rolling Stones. Minimal instructions are given to create a more meditative atmosphere.Students need basic understanding of postures so they can follow the flow. *Check our schedule for Live Soul Flow - classes with Live Music!
